Executed a research and development project in D?sseldorf, Germany to transition SDL's business model from dependence on outsourced production of prosthetic teeth to in-house production utilizing Computer Aided Design/Computer Automated Manufacturing (CAD/CAM) technology, decreasing per-unit costs by 53%. SDL is now the industry leader in CAD/CAM production on a global scale.

2003 - 2007- Facilitated outsourcing a portion of Coast Dental's dental laboratory production to China, resulting in over $23M in savings for Coast Dental and its partners. - Coordinated multiple trips to China with Coast Dental management to select, negotiate and sign outsourcing contracts with Chinese laboratories; subsequently expanded list of suppliers to hedge our production sources and stabilize output.
